The Carolina Backcountry Homestead
The Carolina Backcountry Homestead represents a typical farm in this area during the years from 1750 to 1850. It includes two original buildings relocated from the southern section of Sumter County and six reproduction buildings. There are also garden areas, animal enclosures, and a brick oven.
